CONCERT PERFORMANCE INTERPRETATION FOR THE GUITAR
This course is directed at professional or advanced guitarists who wish to fucus their career toward concert performances . and or those who wish to better their relation with the concert guitar.
The majority of the time, courses analyse and study pieces by focusing on technically accurate techniques and interpretations. Very seldom does a course direct a student on the tense and delicate path to perform in public, or better put , to comminunicate with others that which was previously practiced and kept private.
It is our art which is art with a special comunicative function. The concert performer is this musician that, not only practices their technique and interpretacion, he is moreover this person that brings the music to the ears and souls of the public and who communicates and syncronizes with their audience from the stage.
What happens is that often the guitarist suffers a block or fear that is called stage fright when he or she has to present their work in public. It´s not abnormal, on the other hand, that since in most cases the teachings have always been focused on technique, sound and usually interpretive criteria, but they forget that all these concepts have to be transmitted to the world on stage.
In this way, I propose with this course to lay the foundation for this field which is as forgotten as it is necessary.

FLAMENCO INSPIRED MUSIC
Flamenco, its technique and understanding, acts as a point of departure for reaching the most important peaks in the interpretation of this music, and more concretely of Spanish music, one of the basic pillars of the repertoir for the guitarist throughout history.
This course has as its first objective the study and search for the roots, rythmic as well as harmonic, melodic, ect., which each composer shows in their work, in order to find the connection between the composer and their writing technique.
